State offers a comprehensive solution to help you achieve more and reduce stress. With its intuitive breathing exercises, you can shift your state in record time. State takes into account your unique stress response and dynamically evolves with your usage.

By changing your breath, you can not only influence your state of mind, but also improve your physical and emotional well-being. State provides six specific exercises designed to create desired physiological states, such as feeling calm, alert, present, waking up, recovering quickly, and falling asleep.

The breathing exercises are supported by visuals and sound to enhance your focus and defocus efficiently. The app uses a "fingerprinting" feature that tailors the exercises to your specific physical and emotional needs from the very first use. As you continue to use State, its algorithm adapts and evolves the exercises to provide personalized results.

Tracking your progress is made easy with key metrics, allowing you to monitor your growth over time. In addition, helpful reminders keep you on track to achieve the state you desire. The methodology behind State is backed by the latest neuroscientific findings, ensuring its effectiveness.

State was created by Brian Mackenzie, a world-renowned strength and conditioning coach known for his expertise in wellness and performance enhancement.

<h2>Subscription and Pricing</h2>

State offers a subscription with a two-week free trial period. After the trial period ends, the subscription automatically renews at $3.99 per month or $34.99 per year. To avoid being charged, make sure to cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. Please note that pricing may vary in different countries, and actual charges will be converted to your local currency based on your country of residence.

Your payment will be charged for subscription renewal automatically. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by accessing your account settings on the App Store after purchase. If you purchase a subscription after using part of the free trial period, any unused portion will be forfeited.
